A female tenant was arrested for stealing cash from her landlady in Caloocan City.

Suspect Anna Fernandez stole at least P95,000 from her landlady, Estrella Azarcon. She was arrested after a friend of the victim spotted her in the Monumento area.

Of the P95,000, Fernandez only returned P57,000 to Azarcon.
