A woman selling vegatables was gunned down by motorcycle-riding men in Quezon City Friday night.

Killed was vendor Eunice Erestain, 42, a resident of No. 53 Buenamar St., Barangay Nova Proper, in Quezon City.

The shooting incident took place around 8:35 p.m. Friday in front of the Del Mundo Building located on Buenamar St. where the victim was selling vegatables.

Erestain sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was rushed to the Novaliches General Hospital but was declared dead-upon-arrival.

PO2 Hermogenes Capili said another vegetable vendor also hurt was Ren Baldes, 20, of Barangay Gulod, Novaliches, Quezon City.

Baldes was hit in the left arm and right leg by stray bullets.

Eunice’s sister, Christina, told police two unidentified men on a motorcycle stopped in front of the victim. 

The backrider drew a .45 caliber pistol and shot the victim.
