A woman was shot to death by a still unidentified suspect while she was playing “bingo” in Navotas City yesterday morning.

Dead on the spot from  multiple gunshot wounds was Maricris Cailo, 35, of No. 451 Carnation St., Bgy. NBBS, Navotas City. The lone gunman escaped after the killing.

The incident occurred near the victim’s house at 2:30 a.m. while she was playing bingo with her two neighbors when the suspect, with his face covered by a handkerchief, approached the victim and shot her several times in the body.                  Mia B. Billones
