Two men were shot and killed while having a drinking session near the boundary of Tagasilay and Sibulao last Friday night.
Police identified the fatalities as Jobert Bernardo, 27, single, of Sibulao and Ali Lungbus, 39, married of Tagasilay. Both sustained multiple bullet wounds in the body and died on the spot.
A police report disclosed that Bernardo and Lungbus together with Roger Bernardo and Anding Tibulung were having a drinking spree when a man armed with M-16 rifle appeared and sprayed them with bullets.
Roger and Tibulung escaped unhurt while Jobert and Lungbus fell on the ground dead with bullet wounds in the body.
The Vitali police have launched a manhunt operation for the arrest of the killer.
