MANILA, Philippines – Two men were arrested in Pangasinan last Saturday after they allegedly raped their 18-year-old textmate.
Ramil Balmonte, 20, and Glender Urbano, 18, are both residents of Brgy. Rizal, Natividad in Pangasinan.
According to initial investigations, the victim went on a date with Balmonte last February 11 and was raped after.
“Nilasing daw ang biktima, tapos saka dinala sa eskwelahan at doon ginahasa,” said PO1 Michael Manicdo of the Natividad police. — Report from Kori Santos, ABS-CBN News Pangasinan
