SAN PEDRO, Laguna — A 38-year-old businessman was robbed and killed by three suspected members of ‘Bonnet Gang’ inside his house in Barangay San Antonio, here, before dawn Monday, police said.
Supt. Chito Bersaluna, San Pedro chief of police, said the victim, Dominic Adolfo, died while being treated at the Asian Hospital in Alabang, Muntinlupa City due to a lone gunshot wound in the head.
Based on police investigation, one Wendelin Pardalen was awakened when she heard stones pelted in the windows of the house located at Blk 2 Lot 7 Father Massi St. in Barangay San Antonio about 4 a.m. Monday.

“Buksan mo yung pinto kundi papatayin ka namin”, one of the suspects said.
They went upstairs and ordered Pardalen to call her employer, who was sleeping at the second floor of the house with his family.
Adolfo suddenly woke up and opened the door where he was beaten up by the suspects before they pumped a bullet into his head.
