Obsenarez was arrested when he tried to drug a passenger identified as Micah Crystel Sual, 18, student, of Block 1, Lot 16 Aduana Metropolis, Bgy. Sta. Lucia, Pasig.
Reports said the victim flagged down a Tricon taxi (TWJ-743) driven by the suspect at the corner of Amang Rodriguez Avenue and East Bank Road in Bgy. Manggahan, Pasig City.
The suspect allegedly used a chemical inside his taxi which made the victim feel numb and dizzy.
