Suspected robbers kill boy, housemaid
A 13-YEAR-OLD boy and his family’s maid were found dead in their house in Barangay Maria Fe in Orani town on Saturday, police said.
Cyril Jasper de Taban, a sophomore at Queen Mary High School, and Eien Bequin, 23, had slash wounds in their necks, Chief Inspector Edgar Balagso, town police chief, said. De Taban was found by his aunt at about 9 a.m. in the living room while Bequin was found in the backyard.
Balagso said investigators were looking at robbery as an angle as the boy’s laptop worth P30,000, and a digital camera worth P16,000 were missing.
