On or about 6:00 PM August 26, 2013, a shooting incident occurred at Sitio Pangalaran, Barangay Malim, Tabina Zamboanga Del Sur particularly at the store of certain Alcher Bucol wherein one Jessie Secretaria Y Vergara, of legal age and presently residing at Pagadian City was shot by unidentified person.
Investigation disclosed that the victim arrived at the mentioned place fronting the said store on board his motorcycle when the unidentified suspect appeared and without any apparent reason, shot the victim by using an unknown caliber of firearm.
Victim sustained lone gun shot wound at his abdomen and was immediately brought to Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center in Barangay Dao, Pagadian City by his relative for medical treatment while the suspect fled to unknown direction after the incident.
Tabina Police Station is now conducting thorough investigation for possible identification and arrest of the suspect.
