On July 25, 2013 at about 5:30 pm, shooting incident transpired along Barangay road at Barangay Farmington, Tampilisan, Zamboanga Del Norte, a couple identified as Mr. Felix Fullon and his wife Hermelita Ageas Fullon, disbursing officer of Tampilisan Locla government unit and a residents of Barangay Galingon, Tampilisan, Zamboanga Del Norte, while riding their motorcycle Honda CB110 colored black from Poblacion, Tampilisan Zamboanga Del Norte going to their home and upon reaching at the place of incident they were shot by two unidentified suspect/s using caliber 45 pistol.

 
Both suffered gunshot wound on different parts of their bodies and were brought by Honorable Mayor Angeles r Carloto II aboard his owned vehicle who responded to the crime scene along with PNP members of the Tampilisan police station to Titay Sibud Hospital at Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay Province for immediate medical treatment.
Perpetrators fled to unknown direction riding a motorcycle XRM 125 color red with white combination.
Thorough investigation is undertaken by Tampilisan police station to possibly identify and arrest the perpetrators.
