A foreigner-looking man believed to have been ‘salvaged’ was found inside a black garbage bag that was dumped along Muelle Industria Street in Binondo, Manila.  

The victim, described as Chinese-looking, between 30 and 35 years old and about 5-foot-5 tall, bore stab wounds in the body and his head and hands were wrapped with packaging tape.

SPO3 Glenzor Vallejo of the Manila Police District-Homicide Section said that at around 3:30 a.m., a jeepney driver found the garbage bag and upon checking it, saw a body inside.    

Immediately, he sought out Police Officers 3 Arnold Cayas and Mark Lim who were then patrolling the area.

Police suspected that the victim was killed elsewhere and that his body was just dumped in the area where it was found.
