GENERAL Mariano Alvarez, Cavite — A salvage victim whose hands and feet were tied like a pig was found in a grassy area near Gate 7 of the Manila Southwoods golf course last Saturday night.

The victim, believed to be in his mid-20s, about 5-foot-6 tall, of medium built and dark complexion, was found at 7:40 p.m. with his head covered with rice sack, and the feet and hands were tied together with a wire. The victim bore gunshot wounds in the head.

Scene of the Crime Operatives found four empty shells for cal. .45 pistol near the victim’s body.

Police believed the victim was still alive when dumped in the area.
