RODRIGUEZ, Rizal — An unidentified tattoed man believed to be summarily executed was found in Bgy. San Isidro, here yesterday.

Supt. Arthur Masungsong, Rodriguez chief of police, said they received a call at about 3:30 a.m. that a dead man was lying in the grassy area of Sitio Sagingan corner Tanag Road in Bgy. San Isidro.

A police team found the victim with strangulation marks and stab wounds in the back. The victim had “Arjay, Henry, Bong and Idoy” tattoed on the left leg and back.

Scene of the Crime Operatives said the victim was killed elsewhere and dumped in the area
