THE body of a suspected victim of summary execution was dumped in Quezon City at dawn yesterday.
Police described the victim as about 5’2” to 5’3” tall, 30 to 35-years-old, and with a “Bahala na Gang” tattoo on his chest.
The victim was found sprawled at the corner of Balete Drive in Barangay Kaunlaran at 2:20 a.m. by taxi driver Reynaldo Cinco.
Cinco thought the man was drunk and fell asleep on the street.
Case officer PO2 Jogene Hernandez believed the victim was killed elsewhere and dumped in the area to mislead police.
