SAN Jose del Monte City, Bulacan — The body of a person suspected to be summarily executed was found in a grassy portion of Vista Verde, Bgy. Muzon, on Saturday.

The victim, who wears a tattoo on the right arm, was described as of medium built and 5-foot-5 to 5-foot-8 in height.

The report said the body was found at around 1:55 p.m.

The victim also had a stab wound in the back, his hands were tied and his head placed inside a sack.

Investigators said the victim might have been killed elsewhere and dumped in the area.
