Progress reports to rape incident that transpired on or about 8:45 AM August 23, 2013 wherein complainant identified as Jessibel Lacastesantos Y Vilar and her minor daughter victim identified as Julie (name not real,) 10 yrs. old reported to Zamboanga City Police Station 7 that the latter was sexually abused by her own biological father identified as Jonathan Lacastesantos Y Sanson, 31 yrs. old and a resident of Little Tondo, Barangay San Roque, Zamboanga City.

 
Minor victim was brought to Zamboanga city medical center for medical examination which yielded positive result of sexual abuse.
On or about 3:30 PM August 24, 2013, suspect together with his uncle Alfredo Sanson voluntarily surrendered himself to the members of Barangay San Roque Police
Action Center with an open self-inflicted wound on his upper stomach thus an ambulance was requested.
He was taken to Zamboanga city medical center where he is presently confined for further medical attention.
Investigation showed that the minor victim was asleep when she was sexually molested by the suspect.
Please be informed that a case for rape was forwarded to city prosecutor’s office docketed under NPS no. Ix-06-inq-13h-00347 dated 26 August 2013.
