A still unidentified armed group held up the Sarabia Pawnshop and Jewelry in downtown Iloilo, Saturday, and carted away millions of pesos worth of assorted pieces of jewelry, the police said.

The 10 armed men, disguised as customers, disarmed the pawnshop’s security guard then smashed the crystal frame, before they took turns in ransacking assorted jewelry on display, the police also said.

Police are continuing their investigation.*PNA
