A 35-YEAR-OLD man was arrested for allegedly firing his gun indiscriminately in barangay Poblacion Occidental, Consolacion town, northern Cebu.

Police seized a .357 magnum revolver with three bullets from Joseph Pacquiao, a resident of Barangay Tulo-Tulo, Consolacion.

Police said a resident called to report the incident gun at 8 p.m. On Saturday.

When arrested by police, Pacquiao said someone tried to attack him that forced to fire a shot.

Police said Pacquiao failed to present documents to prove that the gun was licensed and that he was allowed to carry a gun during the election period./CORRESPONDENT NORMAN V. MENDOZA
