An 18-year old woman was knocked unconscious with a blow to her head by her father in barangay Ibabao, Cordova around noon yesterday.
Sarah (not her full name) of sitio Bangkal, barangay Ibabao, Cordova town was rushed to Mactan Doctors Hospital after her father struck her with a length of lumber during a heated argument.
Her father, Luisito Repullo, 35, evaded responding policemen.
Not one of the family members could tell the police the motive of the attack. /Correspondent Norman V. Mendoza
