GEN. Aguinaldo, Cavite — Police reported that a farmer, who was missing since Jan. 25, was found dead buried in a forested area here last Saturday.

The victim, identified as Cresencio Gloriani Ducon Sr., 82, widow, of Bgy. Poblacion 1, was found by residents at 3 p.m. in Bgy. Batas-Dao, with hack wounds, in a shallow grave.

Police quoted a certain Juanito Panganiban Ducon, 53, son of the victim, as saying that his father has been missing since Jan. 25.

The victim’s body was brought to Aure Funeral Homes for autopsy.
