MANILA, Philippines—A messenger lost his service motorcycle to thieves sometime between Monday night and Tuesday morning, the police said. Isagani C. Cabuenas, 28, told investigators he last parked his orange Honda TMX (TM 4024), with a sidecar, in front of his house on Panganiban Street in Sta. Mesa, Manila, on Oct. 18. But it was gone the next morning. The anti-car theft section of the Manila Police District said the theft occurred between 8 p.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesday although Cabuenas reported the incident only at 4 p.m. Tuesday.— DJ Yap
