TAAL, Batangas — An unidentified man with “KWG” and “Elpa” tattooed on his arms was found dead in a sugar plantation in Bgy. Tulo, here, the other day.
Senior Insp. Dwight A. Fonte, BPPO PIO chief, said that at 12:05 p.m. last Thursday, a concerned citizen informed their office about a man’s body dumped in the area.
Case investigators POs2 Mafriel Magpantay and Joseph M. Catapang proceeded to the area and found the body wearing brown T-shirt, maong pants, about 25-30 years old, 5-foot-2 in height, weating “KWG” on the left arm and ELPA on right arm in a sugarcane plantation in Bgy. Tulo, Taal town, by a certain Israel Cabello, resident of the place.
Police said the victim could have been killed elsewhere and dumped in the area to mislead investigators.
The victim’s body was brought to Funeraria Buli in Bgy. Buli.
