A 28-year-old man who tried to pacify a fight in barangay Lawaan III in Talisay City last Sunday afternoon sustained a gunshot wound in the back of his body.
Rolly Para tried to pacify a friend identified only as Arfel who was fighting Mario Secretaria. In the scuffle, Para was allegedly shot by Louis Secretaria, Mario’s brother using a hand gun of unknown caliber.
Para was immediately brought to Vicente Sotto Memorial Hospital for treatment. The Secretaria brothers are still at large. /Correspondent Christine Emily L. Pantaleon
