Manila, Philippines – Vitas, Tondo resident Virgilio Mendoza was dancing the night away with his neighbors at a community basketball court during the Feast of Santo Nino celebrations the other night when he was fatally shot in the head by a co-resident.
 
The gunman, identified as Ricardo Valencia, was nabbed by the police shortly after the attack. Police said revenge was the motive for the killing. (RSO)
