A SUSPECTED victim of summary execution who was reportedly strangled to death was dumped in Quezon City past midnight yesterday.

Case investigator PO2 Roldan Cornejo said the body was found by security guard Leonardo Ignacio, along Walnut Street shortly after 12 a.m., radio dzBB’s Paulo Santos reported.

Cornejo described the man as 25 to 30 years old, of medium built, 5’3″ in height and fair-skinned. He said the victim’s hands and feet were tied and his neck had bruises suggesting he may have been strangled.

The long-haired victim had a heart tattooed on his back. He wore a gray shirt with the markings Pattmar Seal Specialist and black jeans.    Melnie Ragasa-Jimena
