A 23-year-old man was shot dead while gambling via video games in Binondo, Manila the other night. Ruben Boilvar, of Area B-Gate 46 Parola Compound, Binondo, Manila, died at the Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center from gunshot wounds in the head. PO3 Lester Evangelista of the Manila Police District-homicide section said the incident took place around 8:50 p.m. at an alley located at Gate 50 of Area B-Parola Compound. The victim was reportedly busy placing bets on video games when a male suspect stood beside him, pulled out a gun and fired at the victim’s head twice.
