ABS-CBNnews.comPosted at 10/18/2013 4:34 PM | Updated as of 10/18/2013 4:34 PMMANILA – A man was shot dead in front of his home in Quezon City Thursday evening.The victim, 26-year-old Raph Jason Arsayo, was having dinner in front of their house at around 11 p.m. when a man on board a Toyota Innova drove by and shot him.Arsayo was rushed to the hospital but he succumbed to his wounds after sustaining multiple gunshot wounds.The victim’s uncle, Martin, believes his nephew’s drug habit had something to do with the killing. – report from Jacque Manabat, ABS-CBN News
