A 38-YEAR-OLD old man was shot dead by his neighbor following an argument during a drinking session in barangay Looc, Danao City, northern Cebu on Monday afternoon.
Keith Alfajura died of a gunshot wound in the left armpit.
Police said Alfajura and suspect Ramel Barriga were drinking when they started arguing.
Alfajura left to relive himsel at the side of the road.
SPO3 Aristeo Espina of the Danao City police said the suspect followed the victim and shot him.
