A man was arrested after holding his own wife and daughter hostage in Malabon City before dawn on Friday.

The suspect, identified as David Collins Bell, held his wife and daughter hostage inside their house after engaging in a heated argument with his mother-in-law over money.

Bell was eventually arrested after policemen used a stun gun on him.
