An identified victim Ramel Alfaro, also known as Nonoy, 31 years old, married and a resident of Kabasalan Municipality, Zamboanga Sibugay died after sustaining multiple hack of wounds in the different parts of his body last November 02.
A concerned citizen of the aforementioned place informed the Kabasalan Municipal Police Station through cellular phone and the recipient headed by PI Salvador Galvez proceeded in the area to verify the reported incident.
Report disclosed that the suspect who was identified as Alex Bulusan, a neighbor of the victim was having a drinking spree together with the victim at the house of a Fuentes, also of the same place, when heated arguments rose between them that caused the incident.
The family of the victim appealed for appropriate charges against the suspect for filing in the court.
The suspect?s whereabouts is now the object of manhunt operation after he fled to unknown direction.
