MANILA – A man has died after he was gunned down along Commonwealth Avenue in Old Balara, Quezon City.

Police Officer 1 Restituto Sardiriaga said passing motorists noticed the body of the victim at around 4 a.m. on Sunday.

Sardiriaga said police were able to recover 11 empty shells of bullets in the crime scene.

The victim’s remains were already brought to the nearest funeral home.

Sardiriaga said they will continue to investigate on the matter until they identify the victim and the motive behind the killing. – from a report by Dexter Ganibe, dzMM
