A 23-YEAR-OLD man was shot and killed in barangay Tulay, Minglanilla town, southern Cebu.
Junsen Espina suffered a gunshot wound in the back. He died while being treated at Minglanilla District Hospital.
PO2 Vincent Aliñabo of Minglanilla police said Espina was shot while walking on a road past noon Friday.
Aliñabo said Espina were arrested in the past for his alleged involvement in theft cases.
Police recovered an empty shell of a  9mm caliber pistol in crime scene. /Correspondent Joy Cherry S. Quito
