MANILA, Philippines – The body of an unidentified man believed to be a victim of summary execution was discovered in Caloocan City early dawn on Friday.
Police Officer 2 Michael Ramirez said pedicab driver Ferdie Santos found a bloodied sack along Barangay 81.
“Nakita daw niya yung isang malaking sako nang nilapitan niya nakita niya may dugo,” said Ramirez
Scene of the Crime Operatives described the man to be around 20 to 25 years old.
The victim was naked and a masking tape was used to cover his face and bound his hands.
“May nakita kaming punctured wounds sa magkabilang balikat niya. May nakita kami sa dibdib niya sa left breast na may nakatattoo na ‘Vilma’ tapos sa right side is”Buknoy”,” said Insp. Jose Bonifacio.
