MANILA, Philippines – One person has died and one wounded in a shooting incident outside a karaoke bar in Pasig City.

Rogelio Lican was shot dead in front of the bar, located at Mercedes Avenue in Barangay San Miguel, Pasig City. Meanwhile, a man identified only as Bien Carlo sustained minor wounds.

Security guard Rizaldy Panganiban allegedly fired warning shots to try and stop a fight that had broken out. When nobody paid attention to him, he reportedly fired on the people involved in the ruckus, resulting in the death of Lican.
