Two armed men robbed a store in Liloan town northern Cebu and fled with at least P40,000 worth of gadgets.

Gemma Baja, 54, told police that she and her 14-year-old daughter were manning their sari-sari store at 1 p.m. when armed men suddenly entered and announced a holdup.

One of the robbers fired a warning shot after Baja started arguing with one of the robbers.

The armed men took cash worth P4,000, a laptop, an avatar table, and a cell phone.

The robbers then fled aboard a motorcycle with their loot.

Police recovered a slug and an empty shell of a .45 caliber pistol inside the store./Correspondent Joy Cherry S. Quito
