A  25-year-old tricycle driver was arrested for fondling his penis twice in front of a 17-year-old high school lass the other day in Parañaque City.

Barangay officials of Don Bosco invited Ramil Soriano, of GK Maralit, Malacañang Dulo, Bgy. Don Bosco, to their barangay hall after the parents of the victim, whose identity was withheld, reported the incident.

Soriano was turned over by barangay officials to the office of Women and Children’s Protection Desk (WCPD) for investigation after the parents of the victim decided to file charges.

Investigation conducted by PO1 Ann Brutas of WCPD disclosed that the victim was on her way home at around 8:30 a.m. when the suspect allegedly came near her and showed his private parts twice while fondling it.

Police said a case of alarm and scandal in relation to RA 7610 or Special Protection of Children Against Child Abuse will be filed against the suspect before the Parañaque City Prosecutor’s Office.
