A SUSPECTED lady drug pusher was killed by an unidentified gunman in Ilocos Sur the other day.

The fatality was identified as Rowena Ramos-Pipo, resident of Bgy. Boquig, Bantay, Ilocos Sur.

Reports reaching Camp Crame showed the incident occurred along the national highway in Zone 3, Bantay, Ilocos Sur.

Investigation showed the victim had just alighted from a tricycle when the suspect approached and shot her to the chest. Pipo died on the spot.

Witnesses claimed the victim was in the area to visit a long lost friend when the incident happened.

It was learned that the victim was among the personality included in the police watch list for her alleged involvement in illegal drugs.

Police are now conducting follow-up investigation to the incident.  Zaida delos Reyes-Palanca
