A MAN was shot dead while sleeping at home in barangay Suba, Cebu City on Tuesday night.

Robles Cabando Jr., 45, was a leader of the Barangay Volunteer Monitoring and Security Task Force in Suba.

Police said it was unlikely that the killing, which took place a day after the Octo. 25 barangay polls, was election related. The victim was not a candidate or affiliated with a political group.
