A 29-YEAR-OLD man was shot dead on his way home to barangay Lamac, Consolacion town, northern Cebu shortly before midnight Friday.

Dennis Lacsio died of multiple gunshot wounds in the body.

Police said witnesses identified the assailants as Jeffrey Atis, Reynante Bihag and Arnold Mahipos.

Police said the victim was driving a motorcycle when three men blocked his path.

Police said it was Atis who allegedly shot Lacsio with a .45 caliber pistol.

Police said Mahipos was arrested in a follow-up operation but he refused to cooperate in the investigation.
