MANILA, Philippines — An employee of the Bureau of Customs (BoC) was arrested Thursday for pointing his gun at two men after a traffic altercation along Marcos Highway.

Suspect John Octaviano, who has been working at the BoC for over 13 years now, was brought to the Pasig police headquarters after threatening to fire shots at Elvinson Sarsagat and Kenneth Orbien.

The two victims said Octaviano also choked them.

Octaviano will face grave threat and physical injury charges and charges for violating the Omnibus Election Code. — Report from Bettina Magsaysay, ABS-CBN News
