A MAN, believed to be a member of the Tau-Gamma Phi fraternity, was found dead and floating at the Manila Bay yesterday.

The victim, whose identity remains unknown, was found at around 7 a.m. near the Army-Navy Club on Roxas Boulevard, Manila, by children who were bathing near the seawall.

SPO3 Benito Cabatbat of the Manila Police District-Homicide Section said the victim was about 34 to 45 years old, about 5-foot-2 to 5-foot-4 tall and wearing a moustache.

His face was wrapped with a handkerchief and a wound was found in his forehead.
