Former municipal councilor killed
TUGUEGARAO CITYA FORMER councilor of Solana town was shot dead by a lone man in front of a pawnshop in Tuguegarao City in Casgayan on Saturday, police said.
Edgardo Palattao, 55, died on the spot with bullet wounds in the head and body, Senior Supt. Mao Aplasca, provincial police director, said.
The killer, armed with a .45-cal. pistol, fled on a motorcycle driven by another man, Aplasca said. Villamor Visaya Jr., Inquirer Northern Luzon
