A manager of a private company was victimized by suspected members of the “Basag Kotse Gang” while withdrawing money from an ATM outlet in Pasig City Tuesday morning.

The victim, identified as Roderico Estanislao, 43, of Greenwoods Subdivision, Bgy. Pinagbuhatan, lodged a complaint before the Pasig City police.

Reports said the incident happened at 11 p.m. at the parking lot of F.Y. Building on C. Raymundo Ave., Bgy. Maybunga.

Estanislao told police that he parked his Mitsubishi Pajero (MCM-561) in the area to withdraw cash money from an ATM outlet.

When he came back, he noticed that the window of his car was broken.

He discovered that his laptop, important documents and other valuables were missing.

It was learned that there is no close circuit television (CCTV) cameras installed in the area.

Police reminded car owners to lock the doors of their vehicle to prevent thieves from stealing valuables left inside.
