Killed were Augusto Renallo, 45, and his son Jeric, 17, single.

Police said Renallo succumbed to two gunshot wounds in the chest while his son sustained a gunshot wound in his left cheek.

Police were still trying to determine the assailants’ motive but personal dispute is being looked at.

Investigation disclosed that the father and son were on their way home about 7p.m. when the gunmen surfaced and shot them at close range.

The victims’ bodies were discovered after two hours by local residents who happened to pass by area.

Some residents said they heard burst of gunfire before the discovery of the bodies. Recovered at the crime scene were empty shells of .9 mm and .45 caliber pistol.
