A 62-YEAR-OLD farmer was found dead in his home in Sirao, a mountain barangay in Cebu City.
Gabriel Archival Jr. was found with three gunshot wounds in the body.
SPO2 Ruth Violango said the victim was eating in the kitchen when he was shot yesterday morning.
Police said no one came forward to describe what happened.
Police invited the victim’s brother, Romeo, to the police station due to reports that he had differences with his brother.
Romeo told police that he had nothing to do with the crime. He refused to undergo a paraffin test to determine if he had fired a gun.
Violango said the brothers were at odds after Gabriel occupied a stall previously rented by Romeo.
Police said the stall owner asked Romeo to move out for being a delinquent tenant./CORRESPONDENT CHITO O. ARAGON
