A FORMER seaman was shot and wounded by suspected thieves who cut the electrical wires of his house in barangay Pajac, Lapu-Lapu City.

Eduardo Patalinghug, 59, was wounded in the left leg.

Police said Patalinghug went out of the house around 12:45 a.m. when the lights went off

He discovered the three men cutting the electrical wires.
