| A MAN said to be “under the influence” of drugs went on a shooting spree in Talipao, Sulu Sunday killing three neighbors and wounding three others.
Sulivan Suhuri alias “Bordado” is now the object of a massive manhunt, said Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao police director Chief Supt. Bienvenido Latag. Suhuri was positively identified by witnesses as the gunman of Salim Ladjabassal, 50, his brother Ben, 35, and son Al-Ansar, 15. Wounded were Ladjabassal’s wife Rosaina, 45, daughter China, 11, and son Kinan, 1. They were taken to the Sulu Provincial Hospital. The suspect, armed with an M-16 rifle fitted with a grenade launcher, fired at the victims before escaping. |
