A 40-YEAR-OLD jeepney dispatcher was killed while a 28-year-old man was injured in separate shooting incidents in Lapu-Lapu City.
Michael Bonbon was calling passengers on Maximo Patalinghug Avenue last Tuesday noon when two men on board a motorcycle arrived and suddenly shot him.
The assailants, who wore full-faced helmets hurriedly drove off, leaving the victim slumped on the ground.
Bonbon, who suffered multiple gunshot wounds in the body, was declared dead at the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center in Cebu City.
Police said no one was able to jot down the plate number of the motorcycle boarded by the assailants.
Police are still investigating the motive behind the attack
