A college student was allegedly molested by two high school students in Batangas City, the other day. 

Senior Insp. Dwight A. Fonte BPPO, chief PIO, identified the victim as “Lulu” (not her real name),  fourth year college student from Bgy. Libjo.

Case investigator PO3 Jonnabee P. Enriquez  identified the suspects as Melchor Untalan, single, fourth  year  high school student at Batangas State University (BSU), of Sitio Tacad, Bgy. Libjo, and Erwin Villanueva Piano, single, fourth year high school student at Alternative Learning System (ALS), also of Sitio San Vicente, Bgy. Libjo. 

Enriquez said that at 5:30 a.m. of Nov. 24, PO3 Michael Terciro Fetizanan and PO1 Randy Yap Mindanao, both members of Bgy. Libjo PAC, arrested the suspects and brought them to Batangas City Police Station where rape complaints were filed against them.

Reports said that at 2:30 a.m. of same date  the two suspects molested the victim against her will.     

The two students were detained at city police’s lock-up cell.
