An Inayawan welder and a Kamputhaw resident were wounded in separate stabbing incidents in Cebu
City last Sunday.
Welder Jose Imperial, 40, of sitio Riverside, Isla Verde, barangay Inayawan, Cebu City was stabbed in the left chest and stomach and was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
Imperial, who survived the attack, told police that two unidentified assailants attacked him as he was walking in the sitio.
In Compound Purok 4, barangay Kamputhaw, Benjamin Sausa, 42, was stabbed in the left part of the body and was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
Sausa said his neighbor Gerry Arellano, 41, a mechanic, attacked him as he was walking to buy beer at a nearby store in the area.
